At Atasi, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery.

In case of any refunds approved by Ilik Naturals Private Limited, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return Policy

As our products fall under personal care, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Each order is packed with great care, but in the rare event of damage during transit, we’re here to help. Please email us at atasipune@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video so we can assist you with your claim. Thank you for understanding and supporting Atasi.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged product, you can request a refund by emailing us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A mandatory unboxing video

Once your claim is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of verification.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the incorrect product received

We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and dispatch the correct one promptly.
